- Clients must provide at least 5 days’ notice prior to the appointment date to receive a refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee.
- No-shows or rescheduling requests made less than 5 days before the appointment will result in the full session cost being charged.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must comply with this policy.
